Heron Lakes, home of TPC Colorado
Heron Lakes is a master-planned golf and lake community in northwest Berthoud, between Loveland and Longmont, with the Front Range as its backdrop.
At its center is TPC Colorado, the only PGA TOUR-managed course in Colorado. Designed by Arthur Schaupeter and opened in 2018, it plays to nearly 8,000 yards along the Lonetree, McNeil and Welch reservoirs and hosts the Korn Ferry Tour's summer event, now called The Blue Championship (formerly The Ascendant).
Both homes on Newfound Lake Road back directly to the course, with lake and mountain views and the clubhouse, pool and trails a short drive or cart ride away.
Amenities
What the HOA covers: capital reserves, grounds maintenance and snow removal. The listings also note trash service.
Both homes are also in the Berthoud Heritage Metro District, which is included in the property taxes. Pool and fitness access are tied to district residency.
Golf membership is available, never required
TPC Colorado is semi-private. Owners can live in Heron Lakes without joining, or choose a membership for priority golf and club life. TPC lists Charter, Corporate and Young Professional memberships, and golf and social memberships are offered on a rolling basis.

Lonetree Lake Club. A private lake club on Lonetree Reservoir, inside Heron Lakes. Members get boating and water-sports access, electric-motor fishing boats, shoreline fishing, and paddleboard, canoe and kayak passes, with rentals available.
Heron Lakes residents receive a resident rate, and TPC members get member pricing.

Center Stage
Casual restaurant and bar overlooking the 16th hole, with comfort food and brick-oven pizza, open all year.
Waterfront Grill
A relaxed spot on Lonetree Reservoir between holes 9 and 10, with locally sourced dishes.
Golf Café
Lower-level café for breakfast, a walk-up burger bar and drinks.
773 Prime
A private dining room reserved for TPC members and district residents.
